Why Fitness is important for students?

The growing case has unexpectedly increased the parents' heartbeats because of the covid-19. They are concerned about their children because the virus has an immense effect on the health of individuals with a bad immune system. Even the smaller children of schools in Gurgaon don’t pay attention to the food which is served to them by any elder member, or their parents. They take a lot of time and even they leave the food. In this blog I would love to mention that why fitness is important for the students during this tough time. By knitting the words with the strong threads dipped in the anti-bacterial solution.

Fitness helps to bring the changes not only physically but also mentally. It helps to keep away the medicines and also reduces the cost of medical bills. If the parents start doing exercise they can support their children to stay fit and healthy. Healthy mind always works when your body is active and fit. So to keep your soul positive, body full of energy and mind active here is the list of some basic calisthenics that every student should do so no such disease or virus may affect the health. It is really difficult for the students to get time for exercise as they need to sit for long hours for the sessions.

The exercise which a parent does will observe by the child, so it is very important that even in the absence of parents what children do is safe and not dangerous. Also right diet makes the one healthy so it is not that the children who are small if they perform with you or are learning from you and are not eating in right proportionate then it will create an impact on their mind and body not at a fast pace but yes in the long run.

Types of Exercise

Jumping – Jumping is a great exercise as it involves the movement of body from the legs to the core and upper area. It helps in making the one active and fit by stimulating the metabolism in a body. It helps to create the oxygen capacity, as the increase the heart beat helps to pump the blood at a faster rate. If anyone find a problem in balancing a body then the muscles of leg helps to make him/her stand. As it increases the oxygen level in body it improves the overall performance. It develops the heart strength by improving its functioning.

Lunges – This form of exercise is essential for keeping the body stable and flexible. It involves a lot of leg movement and core area, it helps to increase the strength of the muscle mass and tone the body from the core, butt and legs. It improves the overall fitness and enhances the athletic performance. It helps to reduce the obesity by high intense workout. For children they are allowed to do this particular exercise say 30 or 40 times.

Children can choose among the types of lunges which are stationary lunges, side lunges, walking lunges, reverse lunges, and twist lunges.

Planks – The planks are the ideal exercise for the abdominal muscles, they helps to tighten the core. It takes a lot of effort to stable your horizontal body with the support of your arms. For those who feel cozy they should do this exercise, as the name suggest plank so your body should look like when you perform this exercise. But remember when you do, do it carefully as your child is watching you. You can choose any from two types of planks in which one is high plank and the other one is low plank.

Crunches – One of the awesome exercises to reduce the belly fat and make your look younger and attractive. This exercise takes time to use to it as it is hard to perform but the one who does get amazing result. To get in shape the human mind trained to a level so as to get the right form. Though this exercise works on the abdominal muscles and decreases the belly fat. Those students who have big tummy they should try this at home.

Squats – If you are not comfortable with any of such exercise then I must tell you that this is a simple exercise that you can teach to your children at any place and at any time. It just needs the correct technique to doo that later it will be a fun loving activity. Students who have a weak immune system or are not fit, feel lethargic then by dong daily 20 to 30 times squats one can achieve an endurance, flexibility, good balance, right posture and toned legs. It also helps to make the gluteus maximus muscle strong.

By regular exercise students are able to improve the focus and concentration. This helps a lot in improving the mental ability of students.  After physical activities, the endorphins and serotonin released into the body help boost the mood, alleviate anxiety, and make students' lives much easier. With exercise students can improve the brain functionality, as there are certain areas of the brain which gets develop due to regular exercise.

Different exercise will impact on different body part; as a result this will help to concentrate all students better than other. You can do brisk walking; this type of exercise takes makes you healthy and also improves the stamina. Focus of a student also gets increase with the time of practicing the exercise on a regular basis. For example in a school a student goes and observe the class, environment, teachers and other students. After seeing it all he writes a small paragraph on what he observe so this write of him will be known as experiential learning.

There can be time when a student is not more interested in attending the class but instead of ignoring that he needs to attend which may after leads to a mood swing. So in that case try to involve your child in some playful activity. With regular exercise students of school in Gurgaon will remain fit, healthy and quick learner.
